We're 5 months out from our departure date! While that may seem like a long time we know it's going to go by in a flash and there is still so much to do. Of course, I put a spreadsheet together to list, prioritize and track our TODO items.  Francesca and I make a very good, complimentary team that way. She is an excellent researcher and loves doing it - so she handles all the travel arrangements, etc. and I am very process oriented and love completing tasks - so I handle the project management aspect of our travels.
